„Das Hotel verfügt über 4 Zimmer und ist in einem alten Haus. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich die vier Zimmer, im unteren Bereich gemeinsamer Küchenbereich ( Frühstücksraum) und ein Wohnzimmer. Die Schlafzimmer passen zum alten Haus es ist sehr gemütlich und verfügt über einen tollen Außenbereich mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Vor der Anreise erhält man den Zugangscode per Mail und auch die Zimmer sind mit Türcode gesichert. Der Vermieter reagiert blitzschnell. War wirklich ein tolles Erlebnis wenn ...

Very well done A few complaints, some of the neighborhood residents were asking for money. That was annoying. The parking was difficult on some days. I expressed all of this to the host, and she said they are working on improvements.“

„Pros: Check in & check out was easy. The apartment is right on a bus route to the National Mall/Smithsonian Museums, a 15 minute walk to the metro, 10 minute walk to a supermarket, and it's practically nextdoor to a restaurant. The location felt safe. The price was good. The kitchen came equipped with essentials. The on-site laundry wasn't overpriced (pro tip: bring quarters for laundry, it's coin-op.) The host provided linens, towels, and toiletries (and the towels were super soft & fluffy!) ...

„It was nice to have a clean, modern place to stay that is walking distance to Brookland, where my daughter lives. Hotels are not close to her so this was an excellent alternative. Modern appliances, great shower, and comfortable bed were a definite plus. The building and apartment are secure with codes locks. “
