The only complaints include amenities we expected: no coffee pot, no tea kettle, no shampoo, no extra blanket/ pillow in rooms other than master. Zero food or drink other than expresso pods, half & half pods and faux sugar. But there was an expresso maker and a pot, so both the caffeine and tea needs were ultimately met.
