„The home was gorgeous and perfect for our multi generational trip to see my daughter graduate from UF. The owners were extremely communicative. There were snacks and drinks in the house- which was a nice touch. The beds were comfy and the showers were great. There is only one dedicated parking spot- but plenty of street parking. It’s so close to walk downtown or take an Uber!“

„Very nice, large accommodations, newer construction building for family. Well appointed property. Host was great and promptly fixed inoperable dishwasher. Two concerns: housekeeping staff did not do great job so checkin was not 100% clean. Also, neighboring properties worn down a bit. Neighborhood needs updating.“

„We enjoyed our stay. Only negative was furniture is not plus size friendly. Very much dorm style furnishings. We had a group of 12. 6 kids ages 4-10 The kids loved it. Each had their own bunk bed. They loved the games and the yard was large and fenced in. Every room had TV so we could separate the kids as needed. The air conditioner worked exceptionally well. We would highly recommend this rental. Jared was very responsive and attentive.“
