The Space:

*Potential for noise: near SW 16th Ave. Light sleepers may be affected by outside traffic (We've added double-pane windows, roller shades, and white-noise machines to deter the sounds and make your stay as comfy as possible!)



The perfect place for those visiting Gainesville's thriving University scene or those wanting to experience the natural wonder of North Florida, such as the beautiful freshwater springs, like Ginnie Springs (only a 30-minute drive)!



This newly-renovated, concept-designed condo features two beautiful bedrooms and a luxurious Rainshower bathroom.



In the condo, you'll find new flooring, a concrete boutique design, a stocked kitchen, 150 Mbps WiFi, and a UHD LED TV with free streaming of Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, news, sports, etc.



We provide shower necessities including brand-name body soap, shampoo & conditioner, and hand soap as well as fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Because it's Florida and it gets hot here, there is central A/C in addition to ceiling fans in almost every room of the house.



Coffee, natural sugar, cream and a variety of herbal teas are also provided complimentary.



This condo is conveniently located within walking distance from Shands and UF. It couldn't be better situated!



Parking is free in front of the building.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, including the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. They can also enjoy the communal outdoor pool.



The Neighborhood:

Located next to Shands, UF, VA, and a stone's throw away from Butler Plaza and Downtown Gainesville. It's the perfect jump-off to the Gainesville area!



Getting Around:

Getting around from our condo is simple. You can easily hail rideshares like Uber and Lyft. The Gainesville RTS bus system provides public transportation, with a bus stop conveniently located right outside. We offer free parking both on the property and on the street. Our address is 1700 Southwest 16th Court Apt E2, Gainesville, Florida 32608, United States.



Other Things to Note:

-NO parties or loud music; $500 fee

-NO pets; $250 fee. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations required for Service Animals

-NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $250 fee

-NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest



📄Please keep in mind that to confirm your reservation you will be required to fill and sign a Guest App, where you will have to upload a valid ID, phone number and email, and choose a damage waiver/deposit option so we can make sure to better cater to your stay. We will give you access to the form immediately after booking. You will find all your booking information there (check in/out info, early check in / late check out options, local guide, property details, etc.)

We have an active doorbell security camera outside to ensure the safety of guests and our home; it also helps us guarantee that all house rules are being followed

We have an active noise decibel detector inside that detects excess noise and notifies us

-You have been charged for the number of guests selected at the time of booking; for more than 4 guests, there is a $12 nightly charge per extra guest

- The sofa sheets will be inside the sofa; pull the long cushion upwards

- Please ALWAYS use a parking decal--roam towing is enforced; $200 FEE if the decal is lost

- Be respectful of the space (this is our home) and clean up reasonably after yourself

- Do not leave any trash outside--we like to keep our community beautiful

- Let us know immediately if you accidentally break or damage anything or if anything isn’t working as it should

- Double-check closets and grab all your things before heading out. Forgot something? We’re happy to help return it for a $30 handling fee plus shipping.



Cancellation Fees:

All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period. During the free-cancellation period, your total refund will be 96% of the original booking amount—no exceptions. If canceling outside the free cancellation period, normal cancellation penalties will apply.
