The bathroom door is very inconvenient as it obstructs entry. The walls are thin, so we heard other guests at night. I didn't receive the hotel access instructions on time as per expedia communication letter and had to contact the hotel myself.

„The door was locked when we arrived with no answer to door bell it wasn’t until my husband kept banging on the door till someone came. The accessible room was well fitted and the breakfast was ok. When we checked out there was still no staff around“

„Luisa, José, and Rosa were amazing! Simply one the best stays we’ve had. Luisa was very attentive to all our needs. Helped us with many recommendations. Jose welcomed us and was very nice as well. Rosa give it the finishing touch with a warm smile. They all made us feel like family. That was unique and special. This was a special stay!“
