"Keshiki Cho-san" is a private rental lodge accommodating up to six guests, situated deep within a forest at the edge of a village in Futtsu City, Chiba Prefecture.

Located just about an hour from the city center, the lodge sits on a wooded rise offering views of the Uraga Channel beyond the trees, where large ships and cargo vessels slowly drift by.

This place was created by "Cho-san," a chef beloved by the local community. With his own hands, he has gradually cultivated both the forest and the lodge, all while preserving the natural landscape.

In the garden, you can enjoy a barbecue or gather around a campfire. Bring along local vegetables, fresh seafood, or your own favorite ingredients to cook and dine amidst nature.

The forest is home to wildlife such as Reeves's muntjac, monkeys, deer, wild boars, and birds like woodpeckers. Wake up to birdsong, walk through the woods by day, gather around the fire at dusk, and spend the night under the starry sky, accompanied by the sounds of insects.

It is neither a luxury resort nor a manicured campsite.

It is a place to enjoy a kind of freedom found in slight inconvenience—a space where you can gather around nature, good food, and the warmth of a fire.

A place that will continue to grow little by little alongside Cho-san. That is Keshiki Cho-san.
