Penthouse Lido von Homie

There are places that welcome us. And then, there are places that captivate us.

Welcome to Penthouse Lido by Homie, an exclusive, unique and unforgettable penthouse, situated in one of the most sought-after areas on the island of Madeira.

Located in the emblematic Blue Ship building, one of the most recognised and singular constructions in the Lido area, this penthouse offers a truly differentiating experience in the heart of Funchal. With capacity for up to 5 guests and comprising two bedrooms, the apartment stands out for its generous areas and the extraordinary natural light present throughout the house.

The great highlight will undoubtedly be the spacious living area. The room, spacious and comfortable, stands as the true centre of the apartment, providing a 180º panoramic view over the entire Lido area and the Atlantic Ocean. The connection between the interior and the exterior landscape creates a unique atmosphere, ideal for moments of rest, socialising or simply to appreciate the sunset over the sea.

The spacious and well-distributed areas guarantee comfort and functionality, making this space suitable both for leisure stays and for those seeking a temporary housing solution with superior quality.

Location is another of the great strengths of this penthouse. Situated in one of the most sought-after and dynamic areas of Funchal, you will be just a few minutes' walk from a vast array of restaurants, bars, cafés, supermarkets and services. The proximity to the sea, bathing areas and public transport allows you to fully enjoy the city without the need for long journeys, combining urban vibrancy with convenience and accessibility.

If you are looking for an apartment with generous areas, a privileged location and an absolutely unforgettable sea view, this penthouse in Navio Azul is, truly, a dream.

It still has the possibility of parking on the Property, with parking spaces being subject to availability.

Guests are responsible for the proper use of the accommodation and its respective equipment. Damage, loss or misuse identified during or after the stay may be subject to the application of a damage fee, intended to cover repair, replacement or extraordinary cleaning costs.

Since 2017, we have welcomed travellers from all over the world to our beloved island of Madeira, with a commitment to providing memorable experiences and excellent service.

We started as Madeira Sun Travel, a name that reflected the sun, comfort and the welcoming spirit that has always guided us.

Over time, we realised that we wanted to go further: more closeness, more authenticity, more connection. That's how Homie was born — more than a new name, a new way of being.

Each stay is thought through in detail to be special and welcoming. Each house has its own story, and each guest is received as an old friend.

Beyond comfort and hospitality, we also provide, upon request, additional services such as car hire, activity bookings, personalised experiences and much more — all so that you can make the most of Madeira.

Whether you are a traveller looking for a special spot or a property owner looking for someone to care for your home with dedication, you are in the right place.
