I had a very large walk in shower which was perfect and I genuinely couldn't fault anything from the moment I walked in, to walking out. „At the check in desk there was no record of our reservation so we had to wait about 30 minutes until it was sorted out. Check in staff were friendly but everything seemed very slow. We’d booked a suite which we didn’t realise was one of the cottages/lodges rather than the main hotel which was a bit disappointing.
