„Upon arrival, I noticed a few sketchy people loitering around the parking lot. I thought it was strange that I had to use my key card to enter the rest of the hotel after check-in. I've never stayed at an Extended Stay America before, so maybe that's normal? Thankfully, our room was clean, but the hallway floor was sticky. I had an uncomfortable feeling about some of the people staying in the hotel. Safety was questionable and once it got dark, we kept our doors locked and didn't go out for ...

„The hotel looked beautiful but it smelled horrible. It smelled like an ashtray throughout the entire hotel. Our room was nice & large, but it was dirty. There was a dirty shirt on the closet floor. Dirty bedding on the pull out couch. There were hairpins in on the bathroom sink. Staff were very nice though. Outside was very unsafe, especially at night.“
