Excited to hosting you soon! Wanted to make sure you are aware of the following details regarding extra charges and access as you prepare for your vacation getaway with us:

Jacuzzi Heating:
- Jacuzzi Heating: $200/day - please submit jacuzzi request before your check-in date so we can schedule our technician to set it up for you!

Access:
- Guests are not allowed to touch or adjust the pool equipment
- Guests will not be allowed to access the Garage

Parking:
- The drive way can fit 3 cars for free parking on the premises
- street parking require a special permit if needed - - guests may rent a parking permit for $40 for their stay
- Loss of / not returning permit at the end of stay will result in a $100 fine.
- The maximum number of people allowed at the home is 17 people

Check-in/out:
- Check-in is anytime after 4pm
- With a listing Host approved early check-in, the applicable following charge applies:
1) An early check-in after 12pm is $100
2) An early check-in before 12pm is $200
- An unauthorized late check-out will result in a $150 fee

Precaution:
- PLEASE NO SMOKING OR VAPING of cigarettes, cigars or marijuana inside the house or outside in common areas per city law. Extra cleaning fees of $350 will be charged to the security deposit if the house is left with smoke smell
- Sharp kitchen appliances should be not be made accessible to children
- If Inflating Pool Floaties with provided electrical pump, it must be done by an adult of 18 years or older.

Black/gray towelettes are for makeup removal & beach towels for outdoor use. $20 replacement fee is charged for major stains on white towels
