„Das kleine Häuschen war sehr sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Allerdings war das „Badezimmer“ mittelmäßig. Die Dusche ist direkt im Flur des Hauses und die Toilettenkabine war sehr eng… mein Mann hatte mit 1.95 m seine Platzprobleme. Wahrscheinlich ist jede Hütte aber auch anders .“

„We loved our stay in this vintage cabin. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We used the grill and the hot tub and both were in good working condition. We also loved the close proximity to town. It was a very short walk and allowed us to avoid downtown parking. I would also like to add that the neighbors where very pleasant and we enjoyed talking to them.“

„This is my Colorado mountain dream home! What a lovely home tucked away in the mountains. The kitchen was stocked with all the supplies you could need and more, the hot tub is in a neat separate structure that makes you feel like you are in the trees, and there are trails just across the street. Kevin was easy to get ahold of and very helpful. “

„This beautiful home sits on the edge of the Big Thompson River. The home was well stocked and we were able to enjoy family meals and fun times with three generations. Every day we saw deer around the property and we loved the view of the river from the balcony. It really was a perfect home for our family trip.“

„We had an enjoyable, yet too short of a stay. We liked that we were close to Estes and the activities we planned. I really enjoyed sitting out by the river to watercolor paint in the mornings. We didn't do any meal prep there, but the kitchen seemed nicely appointed.My only recommendation is installing towel hangers in the bathroom. „Location was great. So close to the National park entrance and away from all the huge crowds in Estes Park. Even with the entrance construction on the Falls River park entrance, it was still much easier entering the park.“

„We enjoyed our stay in this cute cabin! Probably the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Loved the big picture windows. We watched two spotted fawns sleeping along the fence line. All furnishings were comfortable. Although located in a neighborhood just minutes from town, the large lot and trees made it feel very private. „Owner was extremely friendly and responsive. The downtown shopping district with free parking was only a couple minutes drive. RMNP was only around 10 min drive. Steep driveway to a large parking area that easily held out 3 big SUVs and could have held 1-2 more. The home was rather warm on the hot summer day we arrived.
