Very small part of the house on the right side of the house. Easy quick communication with the host who lives in the property house attached. Very quiet. Must go to restaurant 2 blks down-Wines of Colorado and reserve brookside patio on the bottom. Menu is phenomenal. 2 adults would be max for this awesome vrbo. Cute ...
