„I booked and paid for this room several months before my trip. My group of 6 planned to stay in Naples, near the airport, the last night before our early flight home to the USA. I never heard from the host but wasn't concerned because it was just for the one night; however, two days before our stay I began messaging the host via VRBO App but he never responded to any messages. I finally received the email for check-in instructions so I was able to secure a driver to the property address.  ...
