Welcome to our vacation house in Visalia!

Our spacious 3-bedroom 2-bathroom 1-story home - featuring a 7ft pool table and gorgeous outdoor space with pool, hot tub, BBQ sitting area - is located in a quiet neighborhood in Visalia, CA. We are conveniently located 35 miles to Sequoia National Park, 55 miles to Kings Canyon National Park, and a 3 hr drive to Yosemite.

Enjoy this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat, just 50 minutes from Sequoia National Park and 10 minutes from shops and restaurants.

Featuring a private pool, hot tub, pool table and multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, this home is perfect for family vacations and group getaways.

The Space
【Bedrooms & Bedding】
This spacious home features 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, offering comfortable accommodations for families and groups. All bedrooms are conveniently located on the first floor, with an additional loft upstairs.

Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): 1 king bed
Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed
Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed
Bedroom 4 (kids room style): 1 Bunkbed with 2 twin and 1 full

Bedroom 1-3 are equipped with its own TV, allowing guests to relax in their personal space.

The home features 2 full bathrooms, all conveniently located on the first floor.

【Living Room】
Located next to the kitchen, the main living room features a comfortable couch, two accent chairs, a fireplace, and a TV.

【Kitchen】
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Children's dinnerware is provided for those who travel with little ones.

The kitchen is conveniently connected to the dining and living areas, making it easy to cook, dine, and spend time together.

【Dining Room】
Located in and next to the kitchen, the dining area features a dining table with seating for up to 6 guests, and the smaller table also sits up to 6 guests.
A comfortable space for enjoying meals and gathering with family or friends.

【Outdoor Deck】
Located just outside the kitchen, the deck offers an extendable outdoor dining table for up to 10-12 guests. A peaceful spot to relax and enjoy beautiful sunset views overlooking the pool.

【Laundry Room】
A dedicated laundry room is available for guests’ convenience. Laundry detergent is provided.

【Backyard & Outdoor Area】
The spacious backyard offers a variety of amenities for relaxation, recreation, and outdoor gatherings.

【Garage】
- 3-Car Garage: Spacious garage with parking space for up to 2 vehicles, as one bay is dedicated to a 7ft pool table for guests to enjoy.
- EV Charging: One EV charger is available for guests traveling with electric vehicles. (Fee applies)

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full access to the entire house, the garage, and backyard except the cleaner’s closets.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Guests can access the vacation house through our self check-in process.

We are always a message / text / phone call away if you need anything. Our local house manager lives nearby and can assist you during business hours.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- Our neighborhood has some dogs so you may hear them bark from time to time. We like to imagine they're having a chat with their neighborhood friends :)

- Please note that we have yard and pool maintenance regularly during the day

- The pool vacuum occasionally splashes the water but it is functioning perfectly.

- Hot Tub Notice:
While we do our best to have the hot tub ready for every stay, we cannot guarantee availability on your first night. Occasionally, the water may require full servicing after previous guests, and reheating can take approximately 20-30 hours during winter.

If access to the hot tub is a top priority for your stay, please feel free to reach out to us in advance—we’re happy to provide the latest status.
