As the house is on a cliff it is recommended that young children are always supervised when they are playing outside.

3 minute walk to Freshwater Bay - the cleanest bay on the island. Abuts national trust land on one side - fabulous walks along the coast path from the garden.
Walking distance to the lovely Red Lion pub - excellent food and local ales. Half hour walk to the lovely harbour town of Yarmouth with excellent restaurants, pubs and shops.
