the owner lives in garage studio with totally separate space and private entrance, so no worries about safety.

2. Please don't throw papers/tissue/paper towels into the toilet, It may cause clogging;
3. The hot water may need a few minutes when you turn it on.
4. The backyard is in process of landscaping and it is not available now.
