Situated on the 3rd floor (with a lift to the half-landing) in a quiet, secure residential block, it comprises a bright living room, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom (with shower).

The property is laid out as follows:
- A living room with a TV, double sofa bed, dining area and floor-to-ceiling windows
- An open-plan, fully fitted kitchenette including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob, washing machine…
- A shower room with shower and WC

Outside:
- An 11 m² south-facing balcony with a hand-cranked awning, a table, chairs and outdoor armchairs to enjoy the fine weather

The apartment is ideally located in a lively neighbourhood in Fréjus that is free from noise pollution. All amenities are nearby (within 600 metres on foot), including restaurants, bars and various shops.
Things to do in Fréjus:
- The port and beach are less than a kilometre away, as are parks, amusement parks, zoos, a casino and a nature centre offering various activities and sports.
- Festivals and concerts in summer, as well as a short film festival in winter.
