„I paid £26 for the night, and felt like I overpaid.
Advertisement pictures are false. Maybe that room looked like this, once. Not any more. Stains on the walls, stank of cigarettes.
Bed looked like it's been slept in already. No towels provided. There was a kettle and some tea in the room, but no cups to make it in.
Shared toilet and bathroom, dirty, no soap, no shampoo.
Tried to raise issues with the property, but there was no answer on the phone number provided, and no reply via messages on ...

„First of all, there was no staff or anyone to welcome you. We reserved a room with a private bath, and when we arrived we had been assigned a different room with no private bathroom. The shared bathroom available was filthy and the linoleum was coming off the floor. The bedroom was dirty as well and the beds were like cots, horrible mattresses. „Estaba ocupada la habitación, por lo que nos dijeron dentro del lugar. La rentaron a varias personas a la vez, y hubo muchas quejas, el baño se veia su io, descuidado y en condiciones lamentables, era medio compartido y al detectar al dueño y/o encargado, nos dijo que devolverían nuestro pago.

„We had a very stressful and disappointing experience. We arrived around 12:00 AM and were able to open the main entrance, but the room door would not open despite trying many times. We spent almost an hour trying to access the room and called for help, but there was no support available at all.
As a result, we were left outside late at night and had no choice but to book a hotel at the last minute, which cost us a lot of money. This caused a lot of stress, inconvenience, and extra expense.

There was no staff in sight as at 07:30pm, I couldn't not access the property for an hour because the code was not correct, police came to make arrest from the property. „Das Zimmer war erschreckend klein, abgewohnt und erinnerte an eine Spelunke. Für eine Nacht war das gerade noch so passend. Wir waren wirklich froh wie wir das Hotel wieder verlassen konnten. Wir fühlten uns gar nicht wohl. Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war auch ganz in Ordnung - frisches Gemüse und Kaffee waren gut.“

„Moderne Maritime Unterkunft in unmittelbarer Nähe zum City- und Horizon Cruise Terminal. Daher die optimale Unterkunft für eine Übernachtung vor einer Kreuzfahrt. Auch die Stadtmitte ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten sehr bequem. Das Badezimmer war allerdings sehr beengt. Das Personal war super freundlich.“
