The Space:

Experience the ultimate in luxury and relaxation at The Willows Casa Grande and Sundown Suite, designed for casual comfort and seamless indoor-outdoor entertaining. Spanning an impressive 3,400 sq. ft., this stunning home features five spacious bedrooms and four modern bathrooms, each adorned with quality linens and plush towels for an indulgent stay.

The fully-equipped kitchen is a culinary delight, complete with a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and all the dishes, glasses, and cookware you need to prepare gourmet meals. For your convenience, there's also a laundry room and a dedicated office workspace with a desk, chair, printer, and USB plugs.

The primary bedroom boasts a sumptuous king-sized bed, dressed in premium linens, a 50-inch flat-screen TV, and a private en-suite bathroom featuring a spacious stone-tiled walk-in shower. Bedrooms two and three also offer king-sized beds and share an elegantly appointed hallway bathroom, complete with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.



The fourth bedroom is a charming loft suite, overlooking the great room, featuring a twin trundle daybed, a pool table for entertainment, and a full bathroom with a stone walk-in shower.

Finally, bedroom five, known as the Sundown Suite, offers another king-sized bed alongside a twin trundle daybed, making it a perfect retreat for relaxation and comfort. Each space has been thoughtfully designed to provide a serene and luxurious experience.



Nandina Cottage offers an inviting open floor plan with a luxurious king bed, a beautifully tiled shower in the bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The cozy sunroom, furnished with a comfortable futon, is perfect for enjoying a good book, a relaxing afternoon nap, or sipping your morning coffee while watching the sunrise. Step outside to the private patio, complete with seating and a soothing hot tub for ultimate relaxation.



Sonora Casita is a unique retreat, built from hay bales and stucco, and adorned with Southwestern décor. Inside, you'll find a combined bedroom and sitting area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a sleek walk-in shower. The plush king-size bed ensures a restful night's sleep, while the private patio and hot tub provide a tranquil space to unwind and soak in the peaceful surroundings.



Step outside to discover the crown jewel of Casa Grande: a sprawling 1,100 sq. ft. covered porch, perfect for gathering with friends and family. The porch is outfitted with ample seating, ceiling fans, and a large table that seats eight, providing an ideal setting for al fresco dining.

For the grill master in your group, the outdoor kitchen is a dream come true, featuring a fireplace with an Argentine-style grill, a cast iron BBQ grill, and a standard gas grill. As you relax under the trees, you'll find additional seating that offers a perfect view of the bocce ball court, where you can watch the deer and hummingbirds that frequent the area.



Nandina and Sonora both offer private patios with hot-tubs and their own grill!



The Willows is a distinctive property that can be rented as individual units or as a whole. The Willows is perfect for family reunions, corporate retreats, or weekend getaways with friends.



Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $99.00 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

1. Check-in instructions, house rules, and property addresses will be available via email.

2. Not all homes have cable; consider setting up a streaming account in advance.

3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. We will provide a two-day supply of start-up sundries, including dish soap, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. Guests will need to purchase additional items from a local store or bring them with them. Missing supplies must be reported to our Customer Hospitality team within one hour of arrival.

8. Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly units, subject to an extra fee in addition to the nightly rate. Please verify whether pets are permitted in the unit you intend to rent. In the event that a pet is discovered in a non-pet-friendly unit, the guest grants Stay Texas authorization to levy a minimum additional cleaning fee of $500.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place on a regular basis, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.

11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.

13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
