Cottage on Mistletoe is a darling gingerbread type style home that is full of Fredericksburg charm and character. Located in the historical district and true to it's German Heritage, you will more than enjoy the party barn located right of the back of the kitchen. Sit outside by the fireplace and enjoy some wine with great friends. You'll be able to park your car and leave it and walk to shops, dining, and more!



The house is 1,140 Sq. ft

Note: The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are connected. To access the 3rd (back) bedroom, you must walk through the 2nd bedroom.

You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. - Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
