To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with the Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso “Boarding Pass” with your Guest Access information.

• Car: The best way to explore Fredericksburg and the Hill Country is by car. The home is conveniently located near major roads, including US Highway 290 and Ranch Road 965, making it easy to access local attractions and nearby towns.



• Taxi and Ride-Sharing: Fredericksburg offers taxi services and ride-sharing options like Uber and Lyft, providing convenient and reliable transportation to and from downtown, wineries, and other local attractions.



• Shuttle Services: Several local companies offer shuttle services, especially popular for wine tours and events. This is a great way to enjoy a day of wine tasting without worrying about driving.

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings).

-15% off for stays 7+ nights

-30% off for stays 30+ nights

• Extensions: Contact us for special offers.

• Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.

• **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**.

• Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO).

• Pets:

-$20/night/pet, $100/week/pet, $250/month/pet (potty-trained dogs only).

-Clean up after your pet & leash in common areas.
