Featuring a private hot tub and fire pit, its the ideal way to end any day!

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the full home, private driveway, and backyard with hot tub. Some closet spaces are closed.

Tucked in a quiet family friendly neighborhood just a mile off of main street. The perfect location for relaxing and exploring Fredericksburg.

As part of our protection plan, included in your booking price, you will be required to complete an independent third-party verification through Truvi. Before your booking begins, you will be contacted via email and/or text to confirm your details and complete the verification process.

To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll also be asked to review and sign the house rules and FCM Homes terms & conditions via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Please make sure to complete both steps at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions. Thank you!

House Rules:
- Occupancy [ 8 ]
- Streaming available using own accounts.
- Extra blankets, linens, pillows in closets.
- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
- The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.
- There is a small fire pit and charcoal grill in the backyard. We kindly ask guests to bring their own supplies and extinguish any flames/coals after each use.
- NO pets allowed.
- Smoking is NOT allowed.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
- Parties or events are NOT allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.
- Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay.
- Please note this property has an unsupervised water feature. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Please no glass or food in the spa area.
- Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee.
- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found.
- Additional charges (including shipping fees) may apply if personal items are left behind.
- In the event that you need to use the hard key, we kindly request that you place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.

HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.
