A few tips for winter visitors …. hilly approach when you first turn into area and another hill as you turn off into the condo complex lane so if there has been a lot of recent snow … need all wheel drive. We saw a front wheel only small ford get stuck and have to call tow truck. All of the snow pack turned this condo complex road into a one car at time one lane road only. There is stairs ...

„Host tried to charge additional cleaning fee after booking was completed and confirmed through VRBO. Accommodations were dated and not as clean as compared to other VRBO accommodations we have rented. Mind you, it wasn’t full on dirty, it just was a bit dingy, and a cup with a partially consumed beverage was left on an end table. If something as obvious as that was not cleaned up, it leads me to wonder how often they are mopping floors, etc. “

Two baths, two bedrooms with king size beds & third bedroom with two queens - though mattresses need replacing on some beds. TV’s in every room. (BYO streaming device) House was very quiet & clean! Great place, nice weekend! “
