„The villa has a great construction with a big open area, a terrace in front of the living room and an additional giant terrace on the rooftop. The quiet and beautiful beach is directly in front of you, just a few nice tropical trees in front of you, and, also great to watch, some iguanas in the trees. Behind the houde, the tropical rain forrest starts. Thelocation could not be better! We had an amazing time here!“

„Nice villa overlooking Marigot Bay. Beach is literally across the street at the base of the steep driveway. Short walk up the hill to Grand Cul de Sac with fine dining or beach cafes. Road work at the base of the hill was not an issue, in fact made it quieter. Turtle colony and cats kept us company. Very nice pool! “
