Somewhat steep narrow driveway, but the parking space is great (roomy, private, & close to door). It is a 2-unit building & could hear the neighbor through the bedroom walls, but not loud & all was quiet by bedtime. Toaster set off alarm despite no smoke/fire, just sensitive, so best to use it as far from the detector as possible. Lol A bit pricey ...
