„The hotel itself was really nice and clean, there is nothing to complain about :) The arrival wasn't as nice as we hoped for. The hotel has a parking garage which can be used, which is nice. But unfortunately the guys running it do not speak English - this made the arrival a bit unpleasant and difficult. “

„The reception is a bit chaotic: sometimes long queues, sometimes no one there, sometimes helpless. But otherwise everything was good. Good air conditioning, very close to the shopping all Jersey Garden. Check-out at noon was possible.“

„Nice stay. Parking area well lit. I arrived at night and felt safe because of the lighting. Room clean, TV digital channels fine, analog stations iffy. I was in room 237 so may have been on the edge of their wifi setup. I had to go to the office to get my ice from staff. Room I had was non smoking and smelled clean. It had a small fridge and microwave in the room. Shower great, water hot.“

„Zimmer für 4 Personen zu wenig Stauraum. Die uebliche Kleiderstange mit 4 Kleiderbuegeln. Statt Schreibtisch u. Kommode mit 2 Schubladen waeren Schraenkchen mit Faechern zur Unterbringung d. Kofferinhalts sinnvoller. Fruehstueck war o.k., man koennte allerdings statt Plastikgeschirr u.-besteck u. Pappbechern auch Geschirr bereitstellen. Dass manche Gruppen viel zu laut waren u. Leute in ihr Handy bruellten, dafuer kann das Hotel ja nichts. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett ...

„We really enjoyed our stay at Comfort In Prospect Park. Here, everybody was very friendly and supportive what made our stay so good. The complementary breakfast is very good and there is all the food you may want to have for breakfast. We were extremely pleased by the smoothies the manager offered to us. Great job, guys!“
