The community also offers a convenient beach shuttle from June through September (Thurs–Sun, 10am–10pm, approx. 1-hour loop), avoiding traffic and parking hassles. Amenity cards are required for anyone over 5 to ride. Reservations within 22 days of arrival do not include access to community amenities. During summer, a $175 flat fee per reservation applies for Lifestyle Center and pool use, with registration required shortly after booking. Situated just a few miles from Bethany Beach, the house is close to fantastic restaurants, Tanger Outlets, Delaware Seashores, Fenwick Island, and Henlopen State Parks.
