„We couldn't stay at the property as it doesn't have a lift and we had to climb up 7 floors and when we checked in there were coakroachs and bedbugs on the bed. We couldn't be there for a single minute and we left. Please refund the amount back.“

„Receiving at counter is very rude and rough. Receptionist thrown the room keys to go to room. He is not polite. Not provided room boy to show the room and carry the luggage. We have made advance booking but room is not ready and told us to wait. Not provided even water also. Worst staff behaviour. Not talking in local language. Overall worst experience we had. We will not select again and not recommend anybody.“

„Ich nahm an einer Konferenz teil im Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) / Novotel. Hitech Siesta erwies sich als kostengünstige Alternative zum Konferenzhotel, welches ich zu Fuss erreichen konnte.“
