„We spent a long weekend in Indy visiting our daughter. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing. One of the best things about the apartment is the location. There is a coffee shop on the corner and many restaurants and shops in walking distance. I appreciated the communication with Lannell. It was detailed and timely. If you stay, pop up to the rooftop for sunset. It was beautiful!“

„The apartment was clean and comfortable. Walkable to all event centers, downtown and restaurants. We did have trouble with our key fob on the second night. But even at midnight a gentleman talk with me and got us a new one in about 10 minutes. Parking was a little stressful at first but once we got the app and figured it out all was well. We will stay here again. “

„Location is fantastic. Condo was decent for the price. Be aware though that the described futon is not in fact a futon but rather a wide sofa that is rather short. My daughter that is 5'5" barely fit on it. So just know that going in. The parking situation leaves you walking a block or so to and from the condo for $32 a day. An added expense that you need to consider when pricing a condo in the area. Overall, was pretty happy with the unit, but may have considered other options had I known in ...

„The kitchen had plenty of space for cooking and food prep. We could have used a better skillet, but we made do with what was available. The home was cute and cozy, with great coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The host and locals in the area were kind and helpful. We also loved the option of the wine available for purchase in the house. We would definitely stay here next time we attend Grand Nationals if possible.“
