„Nice, large house, perfect accommodations for family and bridal party. Good set-up with downstairs master suite, kitchen, and living room. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs with larger kitchen, living room and bar. Host was super accommodating and easy to communicate with. Very convenient proximity to downtown Ft Worth and Botanical Gardens. It is a transitional neighborhood, but our guests always felt safe within fully gated property. Would strongly recommend!“

„This is a unique property. No front desk. Must register and do all the approvals prior to showing up. Must be able to climb steps of on second floor. But, the room was great, had all the amenities, was clean, and was appointed. I liked my stay. “

„We absolutely loved this place!! I will say the only issues is be prepared for a haul up and down to the dock, make sure you bring proper shoes so you don’t slip. But this house was perfect for our group. We are already talking about coming back! Thank you for the beautiful home! Best trip!! “

„Overall it was a great stay! The property has so many fun amenities for the family to enjoy and the house has a ton of extra beds. It was a little odd that it could sleep so many but had a relatively small kitchen table and living room. We couldn’t fit all ten of us around the table nor on the couches in the living room. „Our stay exceeded my expectations! I was in town for my daughter’s graduation with my family and needed a space large enough to accommodate all of us. Upon arrival, everyone was impressed when we opened the door. The house is clean, well-maintained, and spacious, with everything you could need—including games, a TV, a ping pong table, and a basketball hoop. I was especially impressed by the thoughtful welcome gift of a bottle of Bellini and charcuterie snacks. The host even called to check in ...

„There were 4 travelers, myself, my 2 children (18 and 15) and one of their friends. Another TV wouldn't hurt as there is only 1 in the living area, but we had what we needed and the host was helpful when I reached out. “

„Convenience of location to Stockyards is the greatest feature of this property. Recommend eating at Joe T Garcia’s just 2 blocks from the house. Host communicated very promptly. “

"Located right next to the Water Gardens the hotel is a good starting point to explore Downtown Fort Worth, Sundance Square is only a few minutes away. To the Stockyards it's a 10min drive. Our room was very spacious and clean. However WiFi is only complementary for members which you would not expect for the room rates you pay."
