And with a generous 4 bedrooms + Bonus office space with pullout couch, there is plenty of private, quiet space for up to 14 guests to rest up after a long day at the stadium. And with 3 full and a half bathrooms, ensures your entire group can get ready for early match kick-offs without the morning bottleneck.

Backyard Oasis: The property is situated on a quiet street and offers a truly serene country atmosphere. Enjoy the large 1.31-acre backyard surrounded by mature trees and shrubs for enhanced privacy. The space is ideal for small events or family games.

Dipping Pool: Our 14,000-gallon built-in soaking pool (5 feet deep) is available for our guests, complete with sun bathing chairs. The pool area is enclosed by a metal fence and gate.

Outdoor Dining: The pool patio features an outdoor dining area with seating for eight people and a propane. Please note the outdoor kitchen equipment is not available for use, but the seating and sink are.

Parking & Safety: Ample driveway parking is available for between 8–10 cars. The home is equipped with exterior security cameras, smoke/CO detectors, a first aid kit, and a fire extinguisher.

Accessibility:

The majority of the home's rooms are on the first floor, including all the common spaces, three bedrooms, the garage/gameroom, and two full bathrooms. The only exception is one bedroom with an en suite bathroom, which is located upstairs.

The common areas feature an open layout that combines the living, dining, and kitchen spaces, making it easily accessible. The island is approximately 42inches tall.

Key measurements:
- The pathway leading from the driveway to the front door is 48 inches wide. It is a solid concreate path with no obstructions.
- The hallway leading to the primary suite is 36 inches wide, and the doorway to the suite itself is 32 inches wide. The attached bathroom has French doors that are 36 inches wide, and the opening to the stand-up shower is 33 inches wide. The shower’s narrowest side measures 40 inches.
- The hallway to the other two bedrooms is also 36 inches wide at its narrowest point. The entryway to the hallway bathroom is 32 inches wide, but the secondary doorway leading to the combination shower/tub is 28 inches wide.

Based on these measurements, a wheelchair user requiring 32 inches of clearance would be able to access all the bedrooms and common spaces. The primary suite bathroom would be usable, but the hallway bathroom may not provide sufficient clearance for full accessibility.
