„Our stay was very good but the environment and area is kind of questionable. The Hotel is good and the services was friendly, the beds need to be more comfortable. I think the East Chase community of the area is kind of rude especially to get by people who don’t show respect for you after saying excuse me just to get by. „Staff was very nice. Location was good for shopping, entertainment, and dining. Not exactly quiet but thats not the hotels fault. I feel like people were racing in the parking garage next door. Beds were comfy and clean. “

„Located right next to the Water Gardens the hotel is a good starting point to explore Downtown Fort Worth, Sundance Square is only a few minutes away. To the Stockyards it's a 10min drive. Our room was very spacious and clean. However WiFi is only complementary for members which you would not expect for the room rates you pay.“
