Important: A signed rental agreement is required prior to check-in. Additional guest fees of $50/guest/night apply beyond 6 guests. Events and gatherings beyond the immediate guest group require prior written approval and carry a $2,500 event fee. No smoking indoors. Quiet hours enforced 10 PM – 8 AM. Violations may result in fees ($500 for smoking or unauthorized events; $250 for noise).
