The Salty Sandpiper is a beautiful one bedroom/2 bathroom condo plus bunk area located on Bayside of Destin West that comfortably sleeps 4! You will love the location of this unit! Freshly painted, with beautifully decor, plus beach towels (2) - you will feel right at home at our 'Salty sandpiper'. With a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and a lazy river pool - this condo is the perfect place for your beach getaway!

This one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has everything you will need for your stay and sleeps 4! When entering the unit you will find the master bedroom (outfitted with a king bed) is located to the right with a TV, and connecting master bathroom. This bathroom has a shower/tub combo with a toilet and sink. Down the hallway in a separate alcove, there is a set of twin bunks and a full bathroom, with a toilet and stand-up shower and sink. Also located in the hallway is a w/d closet that holds a stackable washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is patio set for you to enjoy your morning coffee (or evening cocktail) overlooking the sparkling lazy river and Bay. For your convenience, the condo is stocked with the following:
(2) Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
(1) Roll of paper towels
(2) Beach Towels
(2) Trash bags
(4) Bath towels per bathroom (with hand towels and washcloths)
(1) Shampoo/ conditioner/ soap/ body wash per bathroom
(1) black make-up cloth per bathroom (please utilize these when cleaning your face, as make-up stains our linens)
(1) Starter set of laundry detergent
(1) dawn soap and sponge
Starter set of dishwasher soap
(4) Keurig coffee pods

This complex has an open-parking lot for each building. Upon check-in, we will provide everything that you need to gain access into the unit. There are two parking spots for this unit available. This condo is located in Destin West BAYSIDE in Ft. Walton Beach!

Managed by Diving Pelican Realty and Rentals. We require an additional rental agreement to be signed at booking to ensure age requirements are met. Thank you for understanding!
