The Space:
This efficiency, Islander 204, is gulf-front and located on the 2nd floor of the phase 1 building with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. It is set up much like a hotel room with a kitchenette that includes a microwave and refrigerator, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The queen sofa bed is a light mauve with decorative pillows. Also, you have a queen bed with wicker furniture. The unit includes a TV, DVD player and internet access. All linen and towels are provided for your comfort. The property has a fitness room, meeting room, BBQ Grills and a Shuffleboard Court for guest to use during their stay. videos and beach service.

You're perfectly positioned to witness breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf. For entertainment, Pier Park is a short drive away, offering a variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and WonderWorks. If the weather isn't cooperating, enjoy indoor fun at Dave & Buster's or catch a movie at the AMC theater, also located at Pier Park. Embrace the 'Fun in the Florida Sun' and create unforgettable memories!
Other Things to Note:
REFRIGERATOR: There may be a 12-hour delay in the cooling process of the fridge when you first arrive and load groceries, so please plan accordingly.
SECURITY: Security is on-site from 5 pm to 5 am nightly.
FRONT DESK: The front desk is open daily from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm CST.
FITNESS CENTER: The fitness center is open from 7 am to 9 pm. Please wear shirts and shoes at all times and wipe down equipment after use. The fitness center is located in the east tower on the Lobby Floor.
COFFEE SHOP: The shop is open from 7 am to 2 pm daily. The shop is located in the West tower on the Lobby level.
POOL: The pool/spa are open from 8 am to 10 pm. No horseplay is allowed.
QUIET TIME: Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. Thank you!
RULES: No smoking or pets are allowed. No emotional support animals are allowed per HOA regulation.
AC: Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees or above 78 degrees to avoid issues. Please also keep balcony doors closed while the AC/heat is on.
RIPTIDE BAR AND GRILL - The poolside grill is open from March to September. Located by the Ground level pool area.
BEACH SERVICES- We are not associated with beach service. Beach service may be complimentary to some units via Splash HOA/Owner(s), Guest must visit the Beach Hut located on the beach for more information regarding if beach service is complimentary for the booked unit or the pricing and availability.
LUGGAGE CARTS- Luggage carts are located on the lobby level of the parking garage; first come first serve.
PARKING: Palm Coast Code Chapter 44-Parking on the street or lawn is prohibited. -Parking in the swales is prohibited between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM. -Only licensed passenger vehicles, which include an automobile, motorcycle, moped, passenger van, SUV, or pickup truck may be parked in residential zones.-Recreational vehicles may not be used for overnight lodging in any driveway.-No vehicles of any kind may be parked overnight on undeveloped private property.-It is prohibited and unlawful to park or store a utility trailer at any time.-Trailers and recreational vehicles must be stored in an off-site storage area (RV’s, Boats, travel trailers, utility trailers, etc.) No commercial vehicles allowed. Should you have any questions about what is allowed to be parked at this residence please contact us immediately.
THE BEACH: The 'wet sand beach' is not private property, so enjoy sitting, relaxing or building sandcastles on the white sandy beaches. If you dig holes in the sand, please fill in the holes so baby turtles just hatched, don't get trapped in the holes. The 'dry sand dunes' are off limits. It’s considered private property. The sea oats and sand dunes act as a wall to help protect property from storm surges. The dunes are also part of the coastal ecosystem that hosts a wide range of animals. From shoreline birds, beach-nesting birds, sea turtles and dune mice. The survival of these animals is by protecting the sea oats and sand dunes which are very fragile and cannot survive being trampled on.

Is there a church or chapel at the resort? No, the closest church is PCB First Assembly of God. The church is 0.6 miles away and has a Wednesday worship at 7:00 PM with a complimentary dinner from 6:00 PM - 6:40 PM Sunday worship 10:30 AM
What time is check in? Your check-in will be promptly at 4 PM.
Is there entertainment close by? Yes, Pier Park (Panama City Beach), an outdoor mall with plenty of places to choose to Eat, Drink, Shop & with Entertainment that includes a fishing pier, Dave & Busters and the SkyWheel ferris wheel.
CELL PHONE RECEPTION: Your vacation is in paradise. Long stretches of pristine beaches made up of the brightest of white sands. Refreshing and relaxing. Unfortunately, this beauty limits the amount of cell phone towers in the area. The coverage is marginal with one or two bars and even worse when the network is over capacity with thousands of visitors in town.
Interaction with Guests:
ARRIVAL: Check-in starts at 4 PM CST and is guaranteed by 6 PM. You may check into your condo using the code in the check-in email. You will need to register with the Splash Gift Shop. The hours of operation are from 8 am to 4 pm daily. Parking passes must be displayed on your vehicle and wristbands must be worn in order to use on-site amenities. If you are checking in after the desk is closed, you will need to stop by the following day to retrieve the materials. You may still use the amenities if you arrive after hours.

We loved location, view, and home. We brought our two children and it was a little tight but for price and view we made the best of it. It was kind of in a dark place going to the room. There was some lighting during the day but still seemed dark. It seemed like there was better lighting at night though for some reason. We didnt have any problems though. We would stay here again!

The sound of the ocean and the amazing view from the balcony was amazing. However the property was dirty and not as cozy as described. The balcony light has wires exposed, the sliding glass door doesn't slide properly. The shaggy rug was dirty and dust over furnishings went well with peeling on ceiling by the small coffee seating area as well as in the shower ceiling.

View is great. Building could use some updating. Washer and dryer looked pretty old and rusty.
Needs some outdoor furniture on balcony. Only had 1 chair. Not a fan of the heating and conditioning system. Got very stuffy in our room.

Room was basic but nice and clean. Our only bad realization was that because there is only a mini fridge, there is no freezer or ice on the property (that we found) for our drinks. We had to go purchase a cooler to keep in the room. The beach was nice and the property was pretty quiet. All in all, we had a good stay.

Great view but that's about it
The bed and pillows were horrible. The fire alarm went off In the building most nights we were there. Waking everyone up generally between 2 and 3 A.M. The elevator stopped coming to the 2nd floor so someone had to go downstairs to get it to come up which was very inconvenient when we had to bring a cart or a lot of items up. I was told I had to have a parking pass So, I went to the office to get one. There were employees in there but I couldn't get any help.

Great room! Better view
Great little room for two! Bathroom was nice and newly updated. They brought in a brand new couch right before we got into our room, so that was a nice surprise. The view of the ocean is amazing! The only suggestion I would have is that the outdoor furniture was high top table and chairs, with the lower chairs you can not see over the balcony, unless standing. Overall great place!

Birthday weekend
We had a great time. The two of us took a long weekend for my birthday. The property is in a great location with plenty of fun things to do within 5-10 mins of a drive. There's a convenient boardwalk straight down to the beach and the beach service with umbrella and chairs was awesome. The pool was clean and the bed was comfortable. The view from the balcony/room was beautiful and the AC worked great. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Just What Was Needed
My boyfriend, kid, kid's friend, and myself wanted a relaxing beach trip but I didn't want to pay such an extreme amount for our place to sleep. This was the perfect place. Yeah, it's small but we weren't in the room long enough for it to matter. It was quiet for the most part, extremely nice workers and customers, quick access to the beach, close parking. The room could use some updates but I honestly have no complaints.

Nice location right on the beach!
The view from this quaint little room was amazing! It was small, but everything we needed for my husband and I. The beach was literally steps outside from our room. Vacasa staff are very friendly and contact you before and during your stay to make sure everything is good. The only issue we had was AC stopped working 2 nights before we left. Vacasa staff said they shut off automatically when it’s gets cold outside. It was Very warm inside unit and we had to leave the balcony door open just to get some cooler air. Other than the at we didn ’t have any other issues and would rent from this place again.

Great View
We celebrated our one year wedding anniversary by staying a week in 204. The building is older, so some things are a bit dated and rough around the edges. The room was what we expected, a little studio with a private balcony. It was super easy to get to the beach every day. The kitchen was tiny, with no oven, which only was an issue bc we like to cook at home sometimes. The only other issue was there are hardly any outlets! There was one extension cord in the kitchen that we had to take turns plugging and unplugging things when we needed them. You hear the people around/above/below you pretty easily, and they were doing noisy renovations during the day, but we were mostly at the beach anyway. Not the nicest place I’ve ever stayed, but certainly worth what we paid. We would definitely come back!
