„Viele Probleme aber bemüht. Leider durften wir erst eine Stunde später einchecken, da das Hotel Probleme mit den Handtüchern hatte. Daraufhin besuchten wir die Stadt und kamen circa vier Stunden später ins Hotel zurück. Wir haben zwar Zimmerkarten erhalten, jedoch war das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Daraufhin ging das Hotel auf die Suche nach einem neuen Zimmer. Es war etwas mühsam, aber haben dann dafür ein Upgrade zu einer Suite bekommen. Late checkout wurde ebenfalls als Entschädigung angeboten.“

„We had the Newbury room and it was very comfortable and spacious. Very tasteful and thoughtfully designed. The grounds are lovely. The bidet toilets were next level! The location is in a quiet residential neighbourhood - about 10 min walk to the ocean. About 10-15 mins by car to downtown Victoria. The restaurant is super busy every night (!) so didn’t manage to try it, so make sure you book in advance. Lovely boutique hotel! “

„Enjoyed my stay. It was a bucket list item! It was clean! It was quiet. There are robes and I love dark towels! The bed is warm with a firm mattress. At home I have a 4 inch memory foam topper, so a firm mattress was a very different sleep for me. My favorite was having a seal swim by as I was having my morning coffee! The Mexican restaurant is open through winter which is lovely! It’s steps away from the front door! I didn’t take in breaky in the provided places she offered. I brought my ...

„we got an upgrade for small money to the highest floor - great room with fantastic view ! The entrance to the parking garage at the hotel is too low for bigger SUVs. We had to pay for a privat parking some hundred meters away.“
