„Location to the beach is top notch. We have stayed at this property 4 times now. It’s quiet and well taken care of. Would likely return in the future. Also proximity to the state park is another plus. Beautiful state park, kayaking, paddle boarding, surfing, swimming etc. All in all a nice place to stay if you like quiet beaches and water activities. “

„Amazing place to stay in Sebastian. Walking distance from several restaurants, including an Italian restaurant with the best garlic rolls we've ever had and some of the best pizza! We took a few day trips out to Sebastian Inlet State Park and saw dolphins, manatees, crabs, a sting ray and lots of fish. We think snorkeling there will be better in the summer time. „The unit is beautiful. Appliances are efficient. Outside landscape is magnificent. Rooms are big. Beds are comfortable. Everthing was super. But the best part of this unit - something you won’t see in a picture on the Vrbo site - is the property manager - Dathan. He is quick to respond to any and I mean any question or issue.
