„What can I say, the host was responsive, cordual and the place itself was nice with the pool which was the big hit. However there are a number items that I would suggest need attention. Master bathroom needs towel hangers and the light switch fixed as it is sunk in the wall. There are no lamps in the Master bedroom or any of the bedrooms, so if you want to read not going to happen and the furniture looked as if it came from the Thrift store, such as one of the chairs that was in the living area ...

„Phillip was great. He responded to our needs. We appreciated the cleanliness, pool/privacy and space. Road traffic in front and some cosmetic issues, but didn’t impact our stay. Loved the location and walk ability to parks etc. “

„Let us check in early! Great neighborhood, but wish there were more touristy things to do in the area. Had a great time at this beautiful home. There are minor handyman jobs that could be completed, but didn’t hinder our stay any. “

„The place was not suitable to live in. It was absolutely filthy and I do mean filthy. Hired someone to clean it for us. Had to buy an extension cord to use the washer. Oven and freezer did not work. Dog hairs all over the mattress in 2nd bedroom. Rip in the recliner seat. Exhaust fans did not work. Ceiling fans did not work. Some of the overhead lights did not work. The sliding glass door was broken and had holes where geikos came into the place several times. We wanted to move but ...
