To make your beach days effortless, we provide beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella for your use.

Waterfront perks:
⭐For guests who want the full Florida-on-the-water experience, there is a private dock with boat lift available by reservation for an additional cost, with direct canal access—ideal for boating, sunset watching, or simply enjoying the waterfront atmosphere.
⭐ Fishing is welcome from the dock, but no fishing equipment is provided, and guests are responsible for obtaining any required Florida fishing license.

Fort Myers & Sanibel are easy to navigate, and this neighborhood offers excellent access to beaches, dining, and local attractions. Fort Myers & Sanibel Beaches are just a short drive away, making it convenient for day trips, sunset strolls, and waterfront dining.
For guests who prefer not to drive, the Fort Myers Beach Trolley (LeeTran) is a great option. It runs along the Fort Myers Beach corridor, offering an affordable and stress-free way to reach the beach, avoid parking challenges, and explore the island.
Uber and Lyft are also readily available in this area, perfect for quick rides to restaurants, marinas, shopping, or the beach during busy times.
While a rental car provides the most flexibility—especially for visiting Sanibel, Captiva, downtown Fort Myers, and surrounding areas—you’ll find plenty of convenient transportation options to make getting around simple and enjoyable.

A private boat lift is available for use with a reservation (additional fee). There is an additional driveway leading to the dock on the side of the home for the boat docked behind the home. This boat is not included in your stay.

Home is newly renovated, offering modern design and updated furnishings.
The property is in a quiet residential area—no parties, although Family & Friend vacations are totally fine!
Wildlife is common near the water (manatees, dolphins, fish, birds, and occasional turtles).
Pool is professionally serviced weekly on Thursdays, I will do my best to adjust if your stay falls on a Thursday. *Heating the pool is $260 per stay (up to a 7-night reservation, after 7-nights additional fee); this is an optional fee that can be added after booking.
Due to the waterfront location, children should be supervised at all times outdoors.
Dock and waterfront structures are to be used at guests’ own risk. The boat docked is not available for use.
Trash & Recycle is on Thursday, if you stay is during that time we ask you to bring the WM cans to the curb and bring back in the next morning!
Pool cleaning occurs 2 days prior to stay, if your stay exceeds 10 days there may be a cleaning during your stay. I will let you know!
