Designed in a bright, modern coastal style, the property is a duplex with two identical units, each offering 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths — rent one side for your group or reserve the whole place for larger gatherings while everyone still keeps their own private space. Each unit centers on an open-concept layout with a huge dining island connecting kitchen and living areas, a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and Keurig, and a front wall of 8' glass sliders opening to a 10' x 20' lanai with table and chairs.

Out back is your own private oasis: a heated pool, Florida sunshine, and a large covered hangout area with plenty of comfortable seating for grilling, dinner outside, or unwinding after a beach day. We've made beach days easy by including beach chairs, carts, and toys — just grab a towel and walk to the shoreline. A rooftop deck delivers stunning sunset views (beach furniture coming soon), and an elevator makes the 62-step climb far less taxing. The pool area and rooftop are shared between both units, with plenty of room for everyone.
Parking is a bit limited with room for only one vehicle per unit. A pay-by-day (or week) parking lot borders the property for additional parking options.

Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach.
