Corner Penthouse with Fantastic Bay Views

Harbour House 312 is a third floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath hotel condo on the tropical Estero Island known as Fort Myers Beach. Since the devastation of Hurricane Ian, a lot has changed. We are in the process of rebuilding our beautiful island, and would love to welcome guest back to help us celebrate each new reopening of our local businesses. There is still seven miles of beautiful beaches. Have lunch or dinner at Wahoo Willies or even the Yucatan, maybe some Fresh Catch Bistro. Yo Taco is open again, along with Mom’s for the best cinnamon rolls or breakfast on the beach. Everyday new businesses are opening as we attempt to rebuild our island and lives. Resort amenities include parking for one car in the garage beneath the building, the beautiful in-ground pool and hot tub in a central area on the second floor, along with community room with full kitchen if you have friends over and wish to all gather around the pool area. On the hallway side of the community room is an ice vending machine and coin-operated laundry. The second floor also has an outdoor covered seating area with a TV for your entertainment. A community gas grill is available on the third floor, along with its open deck with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrella tables. Condo amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, complimentary WiFi and all linens and towels are provided.

312 offers one of the best views in the house! You cannot beat the penthouse views off the back bay! Enjoy your coffee on the lanai while watching for dolphins and manatees!

The master bedroom has a king bed, chest of drawers, smart TV, and the en-suite is a tub/shower combo.

The guest bedroom has a king bed, smart tv, and the en-suite bath consists of a walk-in shower.

The living area offers a mounted smart tv, tasteful artwork, and a sleeper sofa.

The modern kitchen has stainless appliances and all the utensils/dishes needed for cooking meals when not going out to eat.

Welcome to our home, Fort Myers Beach, what we refer to as paradise year round. Hurricane Ian took a toll on us but we are bouncing back better and stronger than ever!
