Disappointed Stay at Sea Steps – Not Worth the Price
I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, my experience at Sea Steps in Miami fell far below expectations. The location is great, and that’s about where the positives end.
From the moment I arrived, things felt off. The room was not properly cleaned—there was sand on the floor, hair in the shower, and a faint smell of mildew that never quite went away. I tried to brush it off, but it made relaxing difficult. The air conditioning barely worked, which in Miami heat is not just uncomfortable—it’s unbearable.
What really surprised me, though, was the noise. Despite advertising a peaceful atmosphere, the walls are paper thin, and I could hear everything from the rooms next door and outside. Sleep was almost impossible. To top it off, some of the amenities listed online were either broken or missing entirely.
I’m not usually one to write negative reviews, but this stay was genuinely disappointing—especially for the price. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues for future guests. I wouldn’t want others to have the same experience I did.
