Daily Resort Fee: $40 + tax



Refundable Security Deposit: $100 (Returned after checkout)



🚗 Parking Fees:

Valet (Standard Vehicle): $42 + tax = $44.94 per night



Valet (Oversized Vehicle): $84 + tax per night

⛔ Late Check-out is NOT allowed

Late processing fee of $50 applies after 6:00 PM

Room readiness may be delayed to 6:00 PM depending on guest turnover and staff availability.

*Any reservation name changes or modification of booking MUST be requested 1 day before arrival, any request after will not be honor.

*Cut off time for any Same day Reservations will be by 6PM. Any Guests that arrive afterwards with no booking and/or a last-minute Reservation request; will result in a late processing fee of $50

*Any Early Departures reported the same day will not be cleaned until the following day. If it is an emergency, we can call additional staff and a fee of $150.00 will be applied to the unit.



Room may also not be ready until 6PM (Depending on the time that we are notified and the time it takes to get additional support)



Parking is available on the premises

Valet (Daily) for regular vehicles : $42.80 plus tax = $44.94

Large/oversized vehicles (Per night) : $84 + tax

Cancellations made for any reason such as but not limited to sickness, inclement weather, flight delays or flight cancellations will not warrant a refund. Travel insurance for unexpected cancellations is recommended for all our guests.
