The Design
This is Unit B — the bolder, more editorial half of our Wilton Manors property. Where some rentals play it safe, this one commits to a look: cognac bouclé barrel chairs, a black leather sectional, gold accents, a marble dining table that seats 8, and vibrant designer animal portrait art. Every room was intentionally styled. It shows in the photos — and it shows even more in person.

The Living Room
An oversized black leather sectional with adjustable headrests built for actually lounging in. Two cognac bouclé swivel chairs face a white marble coffee table on a gold base. A dramatic gold dome floor lamp. Aerial beach photography on the walls. Sheer shimmer curtains floor to ceiling. Wall-mounted Smart TV streaming every World Cup match not played in Miami. The whole space flows openly into the dining area and kitchen.

The Dining Room
A marble-top dining table on a fluted black column pedestal base seats 8, surrounded by teal velvet chairs with gold legs. A black-and-gold industrial chandelier overhead. Bold tiger, lion, and leopard portrait prints in vivid orange and pink tones. Slide open the patio door and the waterfall pool is right there.

White shaker cabinets with matte black hardware, white quartz countertops, 3-seat breakfast bar with navy velvet barstools, black induction cooktop, stainless microwave and dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, drip coffee maker, kettle, complete knife block. 🌡️ Pool note: South Florida`s summer temperatures naturally keep the pool at a comfortable 82–88°F from May through October — no heating needed during the World Cup months. Pool heating is available November through March upon request (48 hours advance notice required).

2. The property is fully equipped to anticipate your needs, so no late‑night store runs are necessary. If something essential is missing, we kindly request to let us know and we’ll be happy to take care of it.

3. Our team is genuine, responsive, and committed to your comfort. We’re available from 8 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week. While appliances are maintained regularly, we understand that unexpected issues can happen. If so, just give us a call and we’ll be happy to help as soon as possible.

4. Our goal at Tilah Stays, is to help create memorable experiences. Ask us about car rentals, birthday set‑ups, bachelor/bachelorette decorations, and more. We’d love to make your stay extra special.

5. For birthday set‑ups, bachelor/bachelorette, or special decorations, to ensure we can prepare everything smoothly, we kindly ask that you share any special requests at least 24 hours prior to your check‑in time. This allows our team to arrange the details promptly and have everything ready to welcome you.

What is expected of you?

1. We kindly ask to please respect the neighborhood. Our homes are located in residential areas, and neighbors may not be on vacation. Keep noise to a minimum both indoors and outdoors, and please note that quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8 PM to 8 AM.

2. Please help us maintain the property by treating it respectfully and keeping it in great condition during your stay. We understand that accidents happen, but we ask that you let us know so we can replace items in time for the next guest.

3. Important Notice: Pool Attire Policy

To ensure a safe, sanitary, and premium environment for all our guests, we kindly remind you that proper swimming attire is strictly required at all times within the pool area.

Please note the following:
Approved Attire: Standard swimwear (swimsuits, trunks, or rash guards) is mandatory.

Prohibited Items: For maintenance and hygiene reasons, street clothes, cotton garments (such as t-shirts or denim shorts), and undergarments are strictly prohibited in the water. Compliance with this policy is non-negotiable. We appreciate your understanding.

4. Please keep in mind that the pool area is a shared family space. Since children may be present during your stay, we must kindly but firmly ask that glass bottles and glass cups are not used in or around the pool area. This rule is in place to ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment.

5. Check‑in and check‑out at the agreed times. We operate on a tight schedule, with new guests often arriving the same day you depart. Lawn maintenance and cleaning services are also on a set schedule and needed to keep the property in great condition. Please be aware that these services cannot be rescheduled.
