„The hotel was fine. I think they were working on remodeling some rooms while we were there. The stairwell wasn’t vacuumed our whole stay (4 nights) one day the pool was closed, so we couldn’t use it. Our last night someone’s room on the 1st flooded/had water issues. I think they had to shut the hot water off bc I tried taking a shower but didn’t get any hot water. The next day the water must of still not been on to the bathrooms by the elevators. But they didn’t have out of order signs on the ...

"After staying at the Crowne Plaza for the past 19 years and the last time 6 years ago it was again renovated. But it looks like kind of sloppy, and some of the Design choices were nauseating ( look at the picts). But the room was clean, the bathroom brand new. The new restaurant, Al‘s Table was better than the one before, but a bit understaffed. An experience you find also elsewhere. Food was fine, only the Cornbread, a southern staple, was underwhelming. Friendly service, at Dinner time a bit hectic for the reasons mentioned before. Three and a half stars ***1/2* "
