The Space:
My home has 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 2 bunk beds. All bedrooms are on the main floor (there is no upstairs or basement here). There are a few steps to the games room where I have air hockey and foosball as well as a TV.

Other Things to Note:
We are not responsible for any disruption caused by hydro, gas, water etc due to regular planned or unplanned shut down.

Since our cleaners do not have time to refill propane tanks, please note that propane is not provided. This also helps us to keep the cost lower for guests who do not plan to use propane. An empty tank is available on-site, and you can exchange it for a full one at your convenience. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note there is a wood Sauna in backyard. We have personally not used it as much and do not recommend the use since we have not gotten it tested for any issues.
Please also note that we do not take any responsibility for any accidents which might happen due to the hot tub, fall and slip due to water, ice or any other reason.

Please note that we do not provide items such as safety gates, or childproofing equipment. We recommend guests bring any necessary items for their family's safety and comfort.

Note: There are trees in the backyard. Please make sure children don’t climb them and are supervised at all times for safety.

Snow removal: Snow removal is provided for accumulations over 5 cm, with the service expected to arrive within 24 hours. A shovel is available for guest use; if it is missing, please contact us. Please note that salting is not included, and we are not responsible for slips or falls if the snow removal service is delayed.
Snow removal is not arranged for bookings more than 28 days.

From November to April, the BBQ and backyard are not maintained due to winter conditions.

Hot tub:
By booking the house guest accepts the below waiver for using the hot tub for themselves, everyone staying at the house and for any visitors of the guest who might use the hot tub.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR HOT TUB and other amenities USE:
In consideration of my use of the hot tub and other facilities facility provided by the host, I expressly agree and contract, on behalf of myself, my guests, my family and friends accompanying me, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, that the host and its insurers, co-host, contractors and cleaners, shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries (including death) sustained by me, or my guest in, on, or about the premises, or as a result of the use of the equipment/hot tub, regardless of whether such injuries result, in whole or in part, from the negligence of the host, cleaners or co-host.

By the execution of this agreement, I accept and assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, damages (both economic and non-economic), and losses of any type, which may occur to me or my guest, and I hereby fully and forever release and discharge the host, co-host, cleaners and contractors, from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated, or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out the use of said equipment.

I expressly agree to indemnify and hold the host, co-host, contractors and cleaners harmless against any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, of any person or entity, that may arise from injuries or damages sustained by me or my guest.

I agree to be solely responsible for safety and well being of my guest and myself. I understand that the host does not provide supervision, instruction, or assistance for the use of the hot tub.

I agree to conduct myself in a controlled and reasonable manner at all times, and to refrain from using the hot tub in a manner inconsistent with its intended design and purpose.

I understand and acknowledge that the use of hot tub involves risk, including permanent disability and death.

By booking the house I agree to comply with the above release of responsibility for the use of hot tub to the host, co-host and cleaners.

Please note we do not provide propane as it adds a lot more work for our cleaners to re stock multiple items.
You can get it filled from nearest gas station.
