What we Love:

Location: You are perfectly positioned between the wild blue of the ocean and the emerald green of the western bush reserve. It is a rare, private world where the only soundtrack is the rhythm of the waves hitting the shore below.



Design: A true masterpiece of modern living, the home is a play of light and shadow. The living areas seem suspended in mid-air, creating a breathtaking sense of weightlessness as you gaze out across the infinite horizon.

Living Areas:



Open Plan Living: The heart of the home is bathed in golden coastal light. Whether you're curled up with a book or hosting an evening of laughter, the seamless flow of the open-plan space makes every moment feel expansive and connected to the sea.



Rumpus Room: Tucked away on the top level, this extra space is the perfect retreat for kids to claim as their own or for a quiet moment away from the main social hub.

Outdoor Spaces: Step out onto the stunning undercover deck to breathe in the salt air. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee while watching migrating whales or enjoying a quiet afternoon in the timber courtyard, these spaces are designed to immerse you in nature.



Access: A grand set of stairs leads you from the street level up into your private lookout. For ease of arrival, rear lane access is available, making it simple to drop off your luggage and groceries before settling into your retreat.



Kitchen & Amenities:

Modern Kitchen: This is a space designed for the culinary enthusiast. With its walk-in pantry and sleek finishes, it's the perfect place to prepare a feast while still being part of the conversation in the living area.





Work From Home: For those who can't leave work entirely behind, the dedicated workspaces offer the most inspiring office view you'll ever experience.

Laundry: Tucked away for convenience, providing everything you need for a seamless, long-term stay.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

Master Suite: Wake up to the sun rising over the ocean. This serene sanctuary features a private ensuite and views so vast you'll feel like you're waking up on the edge of the world.



Additional Bedrooms: Three further bedrooms are cleverly positioned on platforms above the living zones. Guests can enjoy their own private "pods" with glazed screens that offer glimpses of the blue water, comfortably accommodating guests across two King beds, one Queen bed, and two Single beds.



Bathrooms: The home features three full bathrooms.

Guest Access:

There are a number of stairs from street level to access the home. There is rear land access however for dropping luggage and groceries.

Other Things to Note:

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and will ask you to provide a digital copy of your ID prior to arrival. These details are required via a secure, online Guest Check in Form and the details are stored safely.



We also require a refundable security bond of $1,000, which will be held for the duration of your stay to cover any potential damages. This will be released within 7 days after your departure, provided there are no issues.

You will be asked to provide your card details via the same secure online check-in form. These details are encrypted and securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway.



We are governed by and fully comply with strict privacy laws, and your details will not be shared or retained.
