„Great villa for lager groups with great view. Very quite location. The road towards the villa is a bit narrow and makes going for a quick grocery trip a bit less easy. The beds and bathrooms are great although from the description we did not deduct that two rooms share a bathroom and are directly connected. „Stefanos Haus war die perfekte Lösung für meine Geburtstagsfeier. Wir waren eine Woche lang 4 Familien da, mit Jugendlichen zwischen 11 und 18 Jahre insgesamt 19 Personen und zur Party durften auch zusätzliche Gäste noch kommen. Das Haus ist groß genug, sehr schöner garten, Pool, Grillplatz, große Küche zum selbst kochen oder sich bekochen lassen. Es gibt 7 Zimmer und jedes hat Klimaanlage und ein Badezimmer. Der Besitzer ist sehr bemüht. Der Schirm auf der Terrasse muss mal ausgetauscht werden ...

„We had great expectations for our stay in Florence, and the communication with Stefania was great, the property has a lot of potential to be a great location, but is currently not as nice as explained. While the rooms are large and spacious, upon entering the space smelled like urine, we aired it out and sprayed multiple scents to assist, but it was tough. By opening the windows, it got better by the end of day 2... however that let in bugs and we got bitten up by mulitple spiders or mosquitos ...
