Unleash your creativity at the dedicated art desk, drawing inspiration from the surrounding beauty. The adjacent dining area is perfect for meals, games, or catching up with loved ones. For an al fresco experience, simply open the sliding glass doors to the covered patio where an outdoor dining table awaits.



The well-appointed kitchen makes cooking a breeze. Stocked with ample pots, pans, dinnerware, and serving ware, plus a drip coffee maker with complimentary coffee, cream, and sugar, it offers everything you need. Enjoy forest and patio views as you prepare meals with ease, making it ideal for families and small groups.



The main level also hosts the primary bedroom, featuring a king-sized bed, TV, dresser, and full closet. It boasts an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower, plus direct patio access through a sliding glass door. The second bedroom, with a king-sized bed, dresser, full closet, and backyard views, shares a full bathroom on this level.



Venture downstairs to a private studio, perfect for those seeking extra quiet and amenities. This self-contained space includes a kitchenette with a full refrigerator/freezer, sink, Keurig, microwave, and cooking appliances. The downstairs media room offers a comfy couch, TV, and workstation, with direct access to the lower outdoor kitchen and patio. The bedroom features a king-sized bed, closet, and double doors opening to the media room. A dedicated bathroom with a shower and sink completes this private retreat.

Downtown Guerneville, with its shops and restaurants, is only 10 minutes by car. For more adventures, Armstrong Redwoods and the Sonoma Coast are about 30 minutes away.



Getting Around:

On-site parking is available for up to 3 cars (if two are stacked in the driveway). While you can walk to Mom's Beach in just 7 minutes, a car is recommended for exploring the wider area, including wineries, Armstrong Redwoods, and the Sonoma Coast. Downtown Guerneville, with its diverse shops and restaurants, is a quick 10-minute drive.

Other Things to Note:

- No Pets: To maintain the property for all guests, we do not allow pets.

- No Events: This property is for private guest enjoyment only. No parties or large gatherings are permitted.

- Road Noise: The house is situated above bustling River Road. We've upgraded windows, but guests should be aware of the roadway sounds.

- Connectivity: Stay connected with fast 200 Mbps internet and a dedicated workspace. Cell service can be spotty, so WiFi is your best bet for communication.

- Quiet Hours: Please respect the county ordinance of quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM for the comfort of our neighbors.

- Shoe Policy: We kindly ask guests to remove their shoes indoors to help maintain the cleanliness and coziness of the home.

📌Please note that during the rainy season (typically October through March), outdoor furniture cushions are stored away to protect them from the elements and ensure they remain clean and dry. Consequently, outdoor seating may not be set up as pictured during these months.
