• Occupancy: 6 People Max Day or Night - No drop in guests - NO PARTIES - No Large Gatherings
• 3 Cars Max. Day or Night (NO street parking)
• Pet Policy: Dogs only - NO cats! $120 Dog Fee per Dog - Yard NOT enclosed for pup - For both the safety of your pup and the house, please crate your dog if you are not at the house. Please clean-up after your dog.
• Quiet Outside Hours 9:00PM - 9AM Sonoma County Ordinance - In an HOA
• NO Smoking of Anything on Property

•Check-in instructions—including address, access code, and arrival details—are sent 2 to 3 days before arrival via a link with everything you need. Please do not show up to the house without your check in instructions.
• We Have a Guest Reference Guide in the home. Has everything you need to know for a seamless stay!
• Check-In: 4:00 PM - Check-Out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out (may be available for a fee.)
• Guest support is available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with emergency after-hours assistance.
